Licensee reports that she has not completed the annual safe sleep training for 2019. She also reports that she has not completed the required training as outlined in 110-300-0106 in the DCYF Provider Training Portal, including but not limited to; Medication administration and Child Abuse and Neglect Mandated Reporting training.
